Natrelle® Breast Implants
in Miami

At PURE Plastic Surgery, we believe the best breast implant is the one that fits your anatomy, your goals, and your lifestyle. That's why our double-board-certified plastic surgeons offer more than one implant brand. For patients who want reliable structure, consistent projection and a proven track record of safety and success, Natrelle is one of our top choices.

What Are Natrelle Breast Implants?
Natrelle is a U.S.-based breast implant brand, FDA-approved and manufactured by Allergan (now part of AbbVie). They are among the most widely used implants in the world and offer one of the broadest selections of sizes, shapes and profiles available, making them particularly well-suited for patients who need customized volume and projection.
At PURE, we use Natrelle's fifth-generation silicone gel implants: smooth, round, and filled with a highly cohesive gel that holds its shape without being overly firm. These are what most people mean when they say "gummy bear implants."
Why Does PURE Use Natrelle Implants?
Three things stand out: safety, consistency and customization.
On safety, our team never compromises. It’s why we don’t use textured implants, which have been linked to a rare type of cancer called breast implant-associated anaplastic large cell lymphoma (BIA-ALCL). Natrelle’s smooth implants carry none of that risk. They also have a low (less than 1%) gel diffusion rate and a reputation for durability. Even if the shell ruptures, the highly cohesive gel stays together and doesn’t leak into the surrounding tissues.
As for consistency, Natrelle's cohesive silicone gel implants are predictable and backed by a lifetime warranty for rupture. If everything looks and feels good at the 10 or 15-year mark, there is no automatic reason to replace them. "These implants are built to last," Dr. Earle says.
When it comes to customization, Natrelle offers an extensive range of profiles and volumes, giving your surgeon the flexibility to dial in results with precision. Because every patient’s dimensions and aesthetic goals are unique, this translates into highly personalized results.
How Does Natrelle Compare to Other Implants?
At PURE, we offer two leading implant brands: Natrelle and Motiva. Both are FDA-approved and backed by years of clinical data. Neither is “better” than the other. Each offers different benefits depending on your anatomy, goals and preferences. Natrelle’s cohesive gel makes them an excellent choice for patients who want more structure and definition, while Motiva is preferred by those who prioritize a softer feel and more natural movement.

What Natrelle Implant Options Are Available at PURE?
Types of Natrelle Implants
Natrelle's implant lineup gives your surgeon meaningful options for fine-tuning your results. The Natrelle Inspira collection offers implants with three different levels of “gumminess,” depending on the look and feel you want:
- Natrelle INSPIRA® Responsive: The softest, most responsive Natrelle implant
- Natrelle INSPIRA® SoftTouch: Ideal balance of firmness and softness
- Natrelle INSPIRA® Cohesive: Firmest to the touch, lowest risk of rippling
During the consultation process (usually at your pre-op or sizing appointment), your surgeon will take precise measurements and factor in your tissue coverage, chest dimensions and aesthetic goals to recommend the right Natrelle product for you.

Implant Profiles
Profile refers to how much an implant projects from the chest. At PURE, we offer three Natrelle profiles: moderate, full and extra full.
Two implants can have the exact same volume but look completely different based on their profile. A moderate profile implant has a wider base and lower projection, creating a fuller breast with a gentle, natural slope. A full profile narrows the base slightly and increases projection, delivering more upper pole fullness and a rounder shape. An extra full profile has the narrowest base and the most projection, creating the most noticeably augmented result.
There's no wrong answer here. It entirely depends on the look you're going for.
Implant Sizes
Implant size is measured in cubic centimeters (cc), not cup sizes. But what actually determines the right size is your anatomy. The single most important measurement is your base width, which is the distance from your sternum to the outer edge of your breast. Choose an implant that's too wide, and it falls toward the armpit. Too narrow, and it creates an unnatural look.
Your surgeon uses your base width, along with your frame, existing breast tissue and aesthetic goals, to identify the volume range that makes the most sense for your body.

How Do I Decide If Natrelle Implants Are Right for Me?
The right implant starts with knowing what matters most to you. Natrelle is a particularly good fit if you want reliable structure, defined projection and a product with decades of clinical data behind it. Patients who prefer a more sculpted upper pole, or who feel reassured by a longer FDA track record, often find Natrelle aligns well with their goals.
If softness and natural movement are your top priority, that's where Motiva enters the conversation. Neither implant is the obvious choice for every patient, which is exactly why your surgeon's input matters. At PURE, our Smart Aesthetics™ approach means that recommendations are always based on your specific measurements, tissue coverage, and goals, ensuring results that are balanced and tailored to you.
