Now, we are pleased to introduce our signature PURE Miami Makeover, which combines a breast procedure (breast lift or augmentation) with liposuction (Lipo 180 or Lipo 360) to create a youthful, contoured shape and enhance the breasts. There is also an option to add high-def Lipo to create an athletic appearance.
What is a Miami Makeover?
The Miami Makeover is an innovative combination of a breast enhancement procedure, typically breast augmentation surgery, with liposuction. The same components of a customizable breast implant surgery are included. Breast augmentation patients can choose from a variety of implant sizes, shapes and textures to achieve their ideal look.
The other option for your makeover is a breast lift. Breast lift surgery addresses sagging breasts by repositioning the natural breast tissue and eliminating sagging skin. Patients also have the option to combine a lift with augmentation to simultaneously enhance the breast shape and size.
In combination with your breast procedure, liposuction is used to eliminate pockets of fat in the trunk areas. There are a variety of liposuction techniques we can use, including high-def liposuction. This is a specialized liposuction technique that carefully eliminates fat from around the muscles to contour and redefine them.

The best candidates for a Miami Makeover are those who want to enhance the size and/or shape of their breasts while eliminating stubborn fat. Fat can build up naturally due to genetics or as be left behind after weight loss or pregnancy.

Why BMI Requirements Matter
When liposuction is combined with another procedure, such as a tummy tuck or breast surgery, Florida law limits the amount of fat that can be removed to 1 liter (about 2 pounds). What to Expect During My Miami Makeover Consultation
A Miami Makeover can be a good way to address multiple concerns at once, but having the surgery can also be a big step. Your consultation is a chance for us to answer any questions you have and reassure you about the process.
During your consultation, you will learn more about the available procedures and discuss which ones fit your goals for body contouring. Some surgeries and techniques may be more suitable for your situation, depending on your body shape and the amount of fat you want to remove, among other factors.
Determining candidacy is also an important part of a consultation because we want to make sure that you are fit for the surgery. We check your health history, current medications, and overall well-being before moving forward with surgery. What to expect immediately after surgery
After your Miami Makeover surgery, you will be taken to a recovery area where our medical team will monitor you as the anesthesia wears off. Our staff will provide detailed post-operative care instructions, including directions on how to care for your incisions, how to manage pain and what to look for in terms of signs of complications. You will also receive a follow-up appointment to ensure your recovery is progressing smoothly.
You will be able to leave on the same day as your procedure. Please have someone available to drive you home and help care for you during the first 24 to 48 hours.
Miami Makeover recovery
After the Miami Makeover, moderate swelling and bruising are common. You will be given prescription pain medication to ease your discomfort during the first week of recovery. You will also be instructed to wear a surgical bra and avoid strenuous activity for about six weeks. This includes heavy lifting, sexual activity and exercise. Rest is important to ensure the tissues heal properly without excessive swelling or inflammation.
Your doctor will schedule follow-up appointments with you to check the healing process. If you have excessive pain, swelling or bruising, please call our office immediately.
