What is the SoBe Butt Lift?
The SoBe (South Beach) Butt Lift has been designed to reveal almost no scarring, allowing people to wear revealing clothing without fear of people seeing surgery scars on the mid or lower back.
What makes the Sobe Butt Lift unique? Dr. Earle performs the procedure through only two tiny incisions instead of the multiple incisions used in a standard Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). With one incision hidden on the upper back and another hidden below the bikini line, this version of the procedure leaves almost no trace. Dr. Earle and Dr. Vidal have been pioneers in the use of ultrasound BBL techniques, making this procedure safer and more precise than ever before.
How Does the SoBe Butt Lift Work?
Your surgeon will use general anesthesia to prevent any discomfort during the procedure. First, liposuction uses tubes to suction fat from under the skin. The surgeon takes this fat from areas that will help sculpt the final result.
Once the fat has been harvested, the surgeon inserts a cannula and begins placing the fat cells into your buttocks to shape and sculpt them. The experienced surgeons at Pure Plastic Surgery use the SoBe technique to create rounded, shapely buttocks while only making two incisions for the cannula instead of five or more.
The entire process as performed by Dr. Earle is guided by ultrasound scanning technology, which helps him visualize the layers of tissue and work with greater accuracy and precision.
Because your own fat forms the new shape of your buttocks, some of the fat cells will graft into their new location and remain alive. These cells can stay indefinitely and help your butt lift last up to several years.
Is There Any Downtime With the SoBe Butt Lift?
You will experience bruising, swelling, and pain in the area of the liposuction and in the area of the butt lift. This will take several weeks to subside completely. You will receive a special pillow to sit on because you will need to avoid moving the fat cells until they have stabilized. Your surgeon will tell you when you can safely resume normal activities.
