We created this resource page to help both our prospective and existing patients navigate through the large volume of information that is provided during the life-changing journey of undergoing cosmetic surgery.
If you are just starting your journey and inquiring about a consultation, we recommend you start here first to set up your virtual consultation, once you submit the form one of our coordinators will give you a call to get you started. We will need to collect some basic information, including your medical history, to evaluate whether you are a good candidate for surgery at this time or not. Our coordinators will also explain our process and provide you with pricing and scheduling information.
As always, we are available to answer any questions you may have through Klara, our HIPAA compliant messaging system you can find in the bottom right of our website through the chat feature.
Your personalized lab order for the tests you will need to take to get cleared for surgery will be sent to you 45-60 days prior to your surgery date. You will also be getting a call about 6 weeks before your surgery, to review all Pre-op Instructions over the phone. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT that you spend 10-15 mins with our Pre-op Coordinator on this call so we can cover all of the instructions, as well as have all of your questions answered so please be prepared for this call.
After your surgery, we will remain part of your support system to help you navigate your recovery. We will check in on you the day after surgery and then you will have at least 1-2 post-op visits with us. During your visits, we will provide you with detailed instructions for your post-op care. But you can visit this section to get a preview. Please always refer to the printed instructions for the most accurate and up to date recommendations. We are available for general questions on Klara (insert link), but please note that we only answer Klara during regular office hours. If you need to contact us for an URGENT matter after hours or on the weekend, please call the office and you can send us a message through our call service. If you are having an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room and send us a message to notify us.
Your BMI (Body Mass Index) will affect how well you respond to Body Plastic Surgery. All patients should keep in mind that Body Plastic Surgery is not intended as a weight loss procedure. For some procedures such as a tummy tuck, the recommended BMI is less than 30. For a Brazilian butt lift, your BMI should be greater than 20 so you have enough fat. People with a higher BMI may have more complications with surgery and recovery. Your doctor will help you understand the requirements for your procedure.
We have also included links to apply for CareCredit and Alphaeon, as well as payment links to pay your final balance with your credit card.
*Please note you will need an invoice number that will be provided by our staff.
